Megan A. Oduyela is an accomplished attorney specializing in public contracting, with a strong foundation in municipal law, government contracts, and public sector legal matters. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Oduyela served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the municipal government of one of New Jersey’s largest cities, where she concentrated her practice on contracts and legislative law. Her experience in municipal government provided her with an in-depth understanding of the legal, regulatory, and operational complexities facing public entities.

Ms. Oduyela’s commitment to public service extends beyond her legal practice. She currently serves as a member of the Perth Amboy Board of Education. Ms. Oduyela was initially appointed to the Board in February 2023 and was subsequently elected by the community in November 2023. Following an approximately 18-month hiatus from the Board, she was reappointed in July 2026 and resumed her service to the Perth Amboy school community. In her role, she contributes to the governance and oversight of the school district and remains committed to advancing the educational interests of its students, families, and community. Ms. Oduyela has also served as a member of her local Zoning Board, further reflecting her longstanding commitment to civic engagement and public service.

Ms. Oduyela earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rutgers University and her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law–Newark. She was also selected as a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2024–2025 Leadership Academy, reflecting her commitment to continued professional development, service, and leadership within the legal profession.
