Megan A. Oduyela is an accomplished attorney specializing in public contracting, bringing with her a strong foundation in municipal law and government contracts. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Oduyela served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel for the municipal government of one of New Jersey’s largest cities, where she concentrated on contracts and legislative law. Her experience in this role gave her a deep understanding of the legal complexities surrounding public sector operations.

Ms. Oduyela’s commitment to public service extends beyond her legal practice. She is an active member of her local community, having been appointed to her local Zoning Board in January 2022 and to her local School Board in February 2023. In November 2023, she was re-elected by the community to serve another term on the school board, demonstrating her ongoing dedication to civic engagement and educational leadership.

A graduate of Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in political science, Ms. Oduyela earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers School of Law–Newark. She is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s 2024–2025 Leadership Academy, reflecting her dedication to professional development and leadership in the legal community.​
