Background

Background

Dana Blair is an Associate with The Busch Law Group, where she focuses her practice on education law, with an emphasis on special education matters. She advises school districts, administrators, and educational institutions on compliance with federal and state law, including the IDEA, Section 504, and New Jersey regulations.

Dr. Blair brings more than fifteen years of experience in public education to her legal practice, including serving as a classroom teacher, building-level administrator, and Director of Special Education and Preschool. This dual perspective enables her to deliver strategic, practical legal counsel informed by the operational realities of school districts and the legal standards governing educational decision-making.
Dr. Blair earned her Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum, Teaching, Learning, and Leadership from Northeastern University, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Secondary Education and English.
